Restaurants, shops, markets, and more are no more than about 5 to 10 minutes, however, there are no actual restaurants with in a one block radius. This is primarily a condominium and apartment residential area. The Selmon Expressway is just a couple of blocks north.
The Tampa International Airport is about 15 minutes or 10 miles northwest and Clearwater Beach is about 50 minutes or 26 miles west.
