Isla del Sol
This beautiful waterfront condo condominium is part of the Isla del Sol Yacht & Country Club with seven major waterfront communities. Amenities include waterside swimming pools, fishing, fitness centers, tennis courts, and an 18 hole golf course nearby. The yacht club features a 76 slip yacht harbor with depths ranging from 6 feet to 22 feet. Units are typically two-bedroom and two-bath between 1000 ft.² and 1300 ft.² and about half of the units are waterfront.
Bahia Del Mar
This waterfront paradise features 401 condo units located on Bahia del Mar Boulevard with one and two-bedroom layouts from 740 ft.² to about 1250 ft.². This community was constructed around 1981 to 1983 and several units have seen upgrades. Amenities include a heated waterfront pool, fitness center, and pets are allowed. Homeowner association fees are between $350 and $450 per month.
Bahia Shores
This complex was built around 1985 and features both two and three-bedroom units from 1000 ft.² to 1500 ft.². Residents enjoy views of the local landscaping and lagoon with monthly fees of around $600 per month. Amenities include a swimming pool and fitness center and there are 10 floors on this building with 684 units total.
Bahia Vista
This 1994 complex features 464 units of two bedroom and two bath units from 1075 ft.² to around 1700 ft.². Amenities include a heated waterfront pool, fitness center, fishing, irrigation reclaimed water, and water access. Residents pay around $400 per month for maintenance and HOA fees.
Casa Del Mar
Built around 1978, this classic waterfront community on the northwest shore of Isla Del Sol offer primarily to bedroom and two bath units over around 1000 ft.² and beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway. Residents pay around $500 a month for homeowner association fees that include a swimming pool, fitness center, fishing pier, and water access. There are a total of 561 units at Casa Del Mar.
La Puerta Del Sol
Constructed in 1978, this 279 unit complex offers waterfront access, primarily to bedroom and two bath units from 960 ft.² to 1600 ft.² with a variety of amenities such as fishing options, heated waterfront pools, recreation options, water access, and local parks.
Palma Del Mar
This beautiful waterfront community features 684 condo units on six floors with beautiful water views, a heated waterfront pool, fitness center, and a variety of two bedroom and two bath units from 900 ft.² to about 1300 ft.². Residents enjoy water access and local fishing as well as additional storage for bicycles, paddleboards, and kayaks. The complex was built around 1980 and requires monthly dues of around $400.
Vista Verde
Vista Verde is one of the more affordable complexes in St. Petersburg. For a total of 317 units, these condos were built around 1988 to 1993 and feature one and two-bedroom units of around 1100 ft.². Pets are allowed and residents enjoy a heated pool and fitness center with association dues of around $400 per month.
Bayway Isles
This waterfront complex was built between the 1960s to the 1990s and is one of the largest complexes in St. Petersburg. It features over 1200 units with one, two, and three bedroom layouts and four distinct communities. Bayway Isles Point Brittany is the largest of these deed restricted communities that's 55 and over. The other three, Isla Key, Bacopa Bay, and Villas on Point Brittany are the other three they do not have age-restricted living options. Pets are typically allowed and residents have a pool, fitness center, and lots of on-site amenities. HOA dues are between $400 and $700 monthly.
Bacopa Bay
This luxury waterfront community on Boca Ciega Bay offers an upscale design built in the late 1990s. There are primarily two and three-bedroom units, to waterfront pools, a fitness center, five total buildings, and 187 units. Pets are allowed and homeowners dues are slightly higher than neighboring communities, typically upwards of $900 per month. Residents have tennis courts, an outdoor picnic area and a clubhouse as well as all the amenities of a four-star resort.
Waterside at Coquina Key North
Located on the Tampa Bay side of St. Petersburg, these waterfront condominiums offer views of Big Bayou and were built in 1979. This collection of about 284 units has homeowners dues of approximately $300-$500 per month covering common area maintenance, swimming pool, and fitness center, on-site amenities, and management. Condominium starts at about $200,000.
Neighboring Waterside at Coquina Key North, this is similar property features 625 units built between 1974 and 1979. And there's a large heated waterfront pool and fitness center, two large pets are allowed, and most units offer beautiful views. There is a luxurious spa, kayak storage, volleyball, lighted tennis courts, fishing pier, and 24-hour guard-gated security.
