St. Pete Downtown Condo Buildings

400 Beach Drive – $1 million-$3 million+ and views of Tampa Bay

This complex was built in 2007, which also built Opus South, the sister building to Park shore Plaza. This condo complex features two, three, and four-bedroom layouts from about 2000 ft.² to over 4000 ft.². 400 Beach Drive consists of 93 luxury units and offers residents a swimming pool, fitness center, and recreational building. There is one building with 29 floors and maintenance fees run between $1500 and $2000 each month. Pets are allowed with certain restrictions.

Bayfront Tower – $400,000-$1 million+ views of Tampa Bay

This collection of 255 units with 11 commercial units is located on the corner of One Beach Drive and Central Avenue. Units range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and from 1100 ft.² to just over 3600 ft.². The complex was built in 1975 but had a $10 million renovation recently. It features one building, 29 floors, and 255 units featuring a rooftop heated pool and fitness center. Homeowner association dues are between 700 and $1400 per month and residents have on-site maintenance, 24-hour concierge services, library and game room banquet room, and spa.

One St. Petersburg – $800,000-$6 million Luxury high-rise and contemporary design

This beautiful complex features 41 stories and an astounding 450 feet above the St. Petersburg skyline making it the tallest building in the city. It's home to 253 luxury units with one, two, and three-bedroom layouts between 1400 ft.² and 4100 ft.². Residents have the option of up to three dogs or three pets and 100 pounds limit. There are several amenities at One St. Petersburg including concierge services, a club, valet parking, guard security, a 40,000 square-foot amenity level with 75-foot lap pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, clubroom with catering kitchen, daily coffee service, fire pits, activities director, and outdoor kitchen. Ovation Condo – $2 million - $6 million Luxury condominiums with views of Tampa Bay

Get ready to enjoy privacy with this downtown luxury condominium completed in 2009 by JMC Properties. This luxury, 28 story condominium features stunning views of Tampa Bay in the downtown skyline. It features two units per floor with spacious three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath layouts of over 3000 ft.² each. Residents have the option of a one-year minimum rental policy and amenities such as a heated rooftop pool, fitness center, 24-hour security, state-of-the-art fitness center, cabana, community rooms with catering kitchen, spa, secure parking, and additional storage. Homeowner association dues are between $1500 and $3000 depending on size.

Parkshore Plaza – $700,000-$3 million. Endless amenities

The Parkshore Plaza is a 29 story condominium building in downtown St. Peter with 117 luxury units. The complex was built in 2006 and features 96 Tower units and 21 townhouse units. Amenities is really where it's at and with maintenance fees between $700 and $2000 per month, there are a variety of amenities to choose from. Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and limitations. Residents have the use of a pool and hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center concierge services and great access to downtown shops and restaurants

Reflection – $900,000-$2.5 million – newer construction

The Reflection condominium is currently underway and features an 18 story luxury boutique complex in downtown with views of the city skyline and 80+ condo units. Pets will be allowed and residents have a rooftop pool, fitness center, and dog walking area. Currently, maintenance fees are not set.

Sage The Condo – $300,000-$700,000 – Boutique Condo

This is downtown St. Pete condo building is located at 400 4th Ave. and features one building with 12 floors and 112 units. It was built around 2007 and features a rooftop heated pool, fitness center, clubroom with a full kitchen and dining area, grilling space, flatscreen TV, on-site doorman and secure cover parking. It also features a 24-hour fitness facility with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and free weights. Residents have the choice of two-bedroom units from 1200 ft.² to 1400 ft.² and one-bedroom units up to 1055 ft.². There are 13 different floor plans to choose from.

Saltaire – $2 million-$5 million – preconstruction luxury condominiums.

Construction on Saltaire is set to be completed around 2023. When completed at 301 1st St. S., this single building will feature 35 floors and 192 condo units with pricing starting at $2 million on up. Maintenance fees will be between $1000 and $1500 per month based on the units. When completed, Saltaire will offer two, three, and four-bedroom units from 1660 ft.² to nearly 6200 ft.². There will feature four grand penthouses on the top two floors of the tower. Residents will have a wealth of amenities such as guard gated security, valet parking and concierge services, on-site property management, swimming pool, spa, cabana and fire pits, fitness center, activities director, outdoor kitchen, private club rooms, garage parking and additional storage.

The Salvador – $400,000-$1 million – luxury green certified

The Salvador is one of the first upscale, green-certified condominium towers in downtown St. Petersburg. It features 74 residences with 1 to 3 bedroom units from 960 ft.² to nearly 2800 ft.². The complex was built in 2007 and features one building with 13 floors and 74 units. Pets are allowed with certain restrictions. Residents have beautiful Tampa Bay and cityscape views with maintenance fees between $500 and $700 based on the size. There is an 11,000 ft.² third-floor amenity deck with an outdoor fire pit, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, secure bicycle parking and storage, and outdoor dining area.

Signature Place – $400,000-$2 million+, water views, and amenities

Signature Place features 36 floors and 275 condo units making it one of the largest communities in downtown St. Pete. Built in 2009, Signature Place features one, two, and three-bedroom units from 860 ft.² to just over 4000 ft.². This is a great location just a block from the water and beautiful Tampa Bay and city skyline views. Homeowner association dues are approximately $700-$1100 per month and cover common area maintenance, rooftop heated pool, pets are allowed, private cabana, lounge chairs, and social rooms.

Vinoy Place – $1 million $2 million + wraparound balconies.

This luxury condominium complex in downtown St. Pete was built in 2002 and features four buildings, 13 stories, and just 102 units. Residents have the option of bringing along two large pets and amenities such as two heated swimming pools, a fitness center, recreational building, private storage rooms, dry cleaning, billiard and game room, media room, and 24 hour gated security. Units are two, three, or four-bedroom layouts from 2600 ft.² to 3000 ft.² with an impressive 5000 square-foot penthouse. Maintenance fees are up to about $1700 per month.

This is just a small section of just over 30 complexes in downtown St. Pete. Most allow pets except for Harbour Hill and Shorecrest.
