This beautiful new condominium building was constructed in 2019 and features 36 units on 15 floors. This JW Marriott Residence was the first in the United States. Each resident has their own private beach escape with 36 exclusive units from floors 11 to 15. This gives the ultimate advantage for beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Owners enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center with wellness facilities, an infinity-edge pool, valet parking, concierge services, and a range of culinary options and a variety of dining. Pets are allowed at JW. 

Residents also can enjoy a 20,000 square-foot deck with a Tiki bar, a 7000 square-foot conference room, and meeting space with private dining rooms, a second-floor Junior ballroom, that seats 380 1/10 floor main ballroom with an outdoor terrace. There are two restaurants on-site, American Bistro and a Japanese Peruvian fusion restaurant as well as a coffee shop and indoor-outdoor bar.

Valet services and concierge services are available to all hotel members and residents, which include transportation reservations, move-in coordination, restaurant and spa reservations, pet care and kennel information, valet parking, trash removal, floral arrangement ordering and delivery services, loss prevention, and package delivery just to name a few.

Residents also have the option of all cart services including grocery shopping services, alterations, vacation planning, office facilities, plant care maintenance, translation services, child care services, laundry services, car detailing, equipment rental, secretarial services, in-room dining and catering, personal chef services, personal trainers and in-home spa treatment services.

The relaxing spa at JW Marriott Residences offers luxurious service with state-of-the-art treatments such as facials, pedicures and manicures, massages, and more. With a variety of expertly designed treatments, you can connect to your interbeing and find focus to your day.

Units

Residents have a choice from a one-bedroom and one-bath units just under 800 ft.² to a three-bedroom and two-bath condo with nearly 1400 ft.². All residential units are between levels 11 and 15 with several floor plans to choose from. Each unit comes complete with around 250-400 square-foot balconies and a practical layout. This building was developed by Enchantment LLC and built by Behar-Peternecz Architecture. Interior design was by Cuba-Fernandez Design and Street Sense designed all of the dining facilities.

Condo owners may use the hotel property for up to 30 consecutive days and a maximum of 40 days per year. The hotel units will be rented to guests when not in use by owners and owners will receive a portion of the income that that unit generates, which offsets the cost of ownership.

Property start at about $550,000 up to $1.5 million depending on size and amenities. Homeowner association dues are approximately $750 per month, which covers access to all of the hotel and condo building amenities, management, several utilities, and building maintenance. Local Area

The location is ideal looking out over Sand Key Bridge with easy access to Gulf Boulevard and all the fantastic restaurants and shops down on Bel Air and Belleair Beach. Heading a bit north, residents can easily get on Highway 60 across the Causeway Bridge to downtown Clearwater. With restaurants, markets, and a few amenities and services right on Clearwater Beach, residents don't have to go far for services, however, downtown Clearwater is just 10 minutes or about 3 miles away following the bridge. Downtown Tampa is about 40 minutes or 25 miles east. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Pier 60 are all close by with fantastic street performers, live music, and vendors.
