This building was constructed in 1996 and is located at 306 Golden Gate Point. This exclusive boutique condominium building features just six units with one unit per floor up to 3400 ft.². In with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, private garages, secure entrance, private elevator, rooftop terrace and outdoor kitchen, Alta Mer offers exclusive living with beautiful amenities. Three and four-bedroom units start at around $2 million.
Built in 2016 by Guy Peterson, AQUA is a new condominium project featuring eight exquisite one-floor residences ranging from 3400 ft.² to 5700 ft.². Home prices start at about $4.5 million and amenities include a large saltwater swimming pool, two additional side pools, meeting rooms, fitness studio, massage and facial rooms, putting green, yoga room, and wine room as well as full-time concierge services and sweeping views of Sarasota Bay.
This Golden Gate condominium was constructed in 1969 and features 18 total units from 1337 ft.² to over 2500 ft.². It has a central location on Golden Gate with a swimming pool, boat dock, and fishing pier available to residents and their guests. Prices start at about $700,000.
Evolution was constructed in 2020 and is one of the newest Golden Gate condo buildings on the peninsula. This complex features 20 units with five different floor plans, eight stories, and sizes from 2050 ft.² to over 3500 ft.² with three, four, and five bedroom layouts. Prices start at $1.5 million and residents enjoy all the amenities of a four star hotel with a rooftop patio and Jacuzzi, private garages and electric car charging stations, dog park, carwash area, concierge services, fitness center, clubhouse and swimming pool.
This complex was built in 2002 and features just 10 units from 2130 ft.² to 4200 ft.². It offers beautiful views of Sarasota Bay, a large Bayside swimming pool, rooftop deck, a day dock with fishing pier and two-car garages. These units start at about $1.5 million.

In 2013, the building sought major upgrades and improvements and residents enjoy boat docks, carports and a fishing pier.
Harbor House South
This complex of 13 units was built in 1965 and offers units from 1200 to 2700 ft.². Two small pets are allowed and residents are close to shopping and the galleries.
Harbor House West
This collection of 24 units was built in 1968 and features layouts from 1300 to 1800 ft.² in price from about $550,000. Owners enjoy a first come first serve boat slip and fitness area.

This Golden Gate Point condominium was constructed in 2004 and features just 10 units with the nine stories. Owners enjoy privacy and luxury with top-of-the-line amenities and layouts from 2700 to 3000 ft.². Pets are allowed and residents enjoy bayfront pool and spa, meeting rooms, fitness facilities, library room, private four-year, and deep water boat docks on the Bay side.
Constructed in 1970, Marina View features just eight units on six floors from 1346 ft.² to over 3000 ft.². This boutique building offers excellent views, brick pavers, palm tree entrance, and close to downtown.
Built in 2015, this newer five-story, eight-unit luxury boutique condo building offers a variety of spacious designs and layouts of around 3000 ft.². This complex was constructed in 2001 and features just 13 units with spacious layouts from a 3800 ft.² to nearly 5300 ft.². Residents enjoy a pool and spa, relaxing garden area, fitness facilities and rooftop deck. There are 12 luxurious condos in this unit and one penthouse, which is about 5500 ft.².
Constructed between 1948 and 1953, this is one of the largest complexes on Golden Gate Point. There are 50 units from 230 ft.² to 1400 ft.² and prices starting about $300,000. This is also one of the least expensive buildings on the peninsula. Residents enjoy a waterfront swimming pool, outdoor barbecues, laundry facilities and assigned parking.
Vista Bay Point
Constructed in 2004, this exclusive condominium building features just 17 units from 3000 ft.² to 5400 ft.². Layouts are three or four bedrooms and residents enjoy a secure elevator to their individual private residents, gated entrance, and amenities such as an expansive sundeck, heated pool and spa, athletic center, theater room, game and social rooms, catering kitchen and bar.
There are no restaurants or shops on Golden Gate Point itself but no more than a couple of blocks away is all of the downtown area in Sarasota such as a Whole Foods Market, multiple restaurants, the Sarasota Opera House, the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota right across the street and the Sarasota garden club. This is a great location to be close to everything and you're just a few minutes from Bayfront Drive, which offers the Marina Plaza, Bayfront Park, O'Leary's Tiki bar, Marina Jack restaurants and access to the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
