More About Belleair Beach Homes for Sale
Belleair Beach Florida has some of the most beautiful and exclusive homes in the entire county. Less than 4 miles to Clearwater Beach, Belleair Florida and Belleair Beach line the coast of the Intracoastal waterway with beautiful views of Sand Key over Clearwater Harbor. This small stretch of land just south of Sand Key and north of Indian Rocks Beach features over 800 single-family homes, more than half on the water. Homes are mainly on the eastern shores with beautiful views of the waterway and Clearwater Harbor.
Belleair Beach and Belleair Shores are somewhat synonymous both featuring Intracoastal Waterway homes and properties, beachfront homes, and neighborhood subdivisions. There are no homeowner associations with practically every property in Belleair Beach and properties were built from the 1970s to today. Homes range from 1 to 6 bedrooms and layouts from 1000 ft.² to over 6000 ft.² and about half of the homes are on the waterfront with either bay views or beachfront views. Most homes have private swimming pools.
